THE TOPIC

Join us for the story of a group of Romanian Solution Focus coaches that volunteered their time during the Covid-19 pandemic to support people impacted by the situation. Cristian Boldișteanu, the project’s lead, and one of the Romanian chapter heads will present the story. We invite you to connect, explore, brainstorm, and reflect on how organizing projects in your local chapters and communities can bring people together and spread the SF approach.

Cristian is a solution-focused coach, trainer, and business consultant. His mission is to make change easier and more efficient, in a personal, team, project, and organisational development context. Cristian frequently initiates and contributes to community development projects. As a chapter head and coordinator of two community projects in Romania, he works to promote the Solution Focus approach in the community and in organisations and develop the growing and engaged community of SF in Romania. He is currently attending a Systemic Couples and Family Psychotherapy training and an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training.
