Sofie Geisler is an international adviser and consultant on strategic analysis, macro processes, exponential action and solution building. She has specialized in how to develop strategy, design change processes and 13 address situations characterized by difficulties, conflicts and stagnation in the public sector, in organizations, companies as well as in smaller groups.
Among other things, she has worked with public policy programs and reforms, internal change processes, police and security topics, academic programs and training as well as implementation of conflict management systems and legal mediation in Supreme Courts.
