Haesun Moon is a communication scientist and educator based in Toronto, Canada. She cares about people having more and better conversations at home and at workplaces. Her academic and professional research in coaching dialogues and pedagogy from the University of Toronto introduced a simple coaching model, Dialogic Orientation Quadrant, that has transformed the way people coach and learn coaching worldwide. Haesun teaches Brief Coaching at the University of Toronto and serves as Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching. She loves dogs, roasts her own coffee, and is particular about her choice of pens.
Janine has over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching and training. Having previously held senior HR positions in the UK and New Zealand, she also has a wealth of expertise in organisational development and change management.

Nick Greer gained an MA in Management Learning and Leadership (MAMLL) from Lancaster University in 2007. During the following year he introduced an SF approach to an established management development programme, with this becoming the subject for his MA dissertation and a presentation at an international conference.
Sirkkaliisa Heimonen works as a Sector Manager at the Age Institute. She has a PhD in Psychology. She has special expertise in geropsychology and has worked in this field for over 20 years. Sirkkaliisa’s current interest is mental well-being of old people and ways to support it. Sirkkaliisa has learned Solution Focused Coaching in the Palmenia Center of the University of Helsinki. Sirkkaliisa has used solution focused approach and coaching in training for professionals and organizations as well as a frame of developmental projects.
Stanus Cloete has 30 years of life coaching experience and started doing business coaching in November 2008 when he established Agosolf Coaching. He studied with SF Work in the UK during 2009 and obtained his SFPro Certificate with Mark McKergow and Jenny Clark of SF Work. He is a member of SOLWorld as well as COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
Reviewed piece of SF work ATeam Tease: a one and a half day team motivation workshop with a South African hair salon, building team relationships between stylists and proprietors – July 2010 At the end of 2009 I was contacted by the proprietor and manager of two hair salons with the request for a team motivation workshop for their hair stylists. The prioprietor is a patent lawyer and the manager a hair stylist. She manages both salons. They provide an upmarket hair salon for men although they have many female customers.
