Join us in shaping a remarkable 2024 for SF in organizations, a year where SFiO will go beyond existing formats to create innovative learning pathways.

Your 2024 contribution will enable:

  • The curation of an exceptional collection of SF applications and case studies. We wish to restructure our library to surprise our guests and create easier access to the individual features (thanks to the fantastic ideas shared at our last AGM).
  • our commitment to sponsoring the JSFK academic journal, SF24 and other SOL events. We also document global SF events to capture key moments on video. Our goal this year is to diversify the languages represented.
  • a smoother Reviewed Practitioner experience, with a goal to make this valuable learning and certification journey more widely available in 2024.
  • our support for events such as the SOL SF Sustainability Unconference in the Netherlands. We are eager to sponsor and host more community-building events like this.
  • the monthly FIKAs and Global Chapters. Through these online meet-ups, we are weaving an incredible network of international practitioners, a practice we’ll proudly continue in the upcoming year.

She discovered SF in 2005 and it has fundamentally transformed the way she supports leaders in organisations across all cultures to lead through change with more ease and effectiveness.

John has over thirty years experience of leading people to collaborate effectively. He gained his leadership experience as a Senior Vice President in Visa International, working on international projects. Since 2004 he has used his leadership and Solution Focus expertise to enable people in multinational and national organisations to collaborate effectively. He is Co-President of Solution Focus in Organisations, an SFiO Reviewed Practitioner and has an MBA from The Open University in the UK.
