Bea Bincze is an Executive Coach and Trainer. She has 20+ years of leadership experience in multinational companies and NGOs. She supported 100+ satisfied clients as a speech coach for corporate events, TEDx, Forbes, and professional conferences. Past regional leader of Toastmasters International, the global non-profit communication and leadership development organization for 7 years. She designed and lead corporate talent, mentor, and women leader programs, and also works as a lecturer at the Corvinus University in Budapest.

She is a member of the Humor Academy of the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH). She started to hold humor workshops, where she helps the participant to discover how to grow their humor muscles. The methods used in her Humor first aid kit and Humor habit workshops help her clients use more humor and have less stress in work.
